To retrieve a forgotten Password:
1. Click on the Lost Password on the homepage.
2. Enter your e-mail address and submit.
3. Your Password will automatically be sent to your e-mail address.
In case you have not yet registered with us and are not familiar with our site we do not use a Username. Here, you only need your e-mail address and your password to login. We felt that in today's ocean of username and password memorizations NOT having to remember one more "thing" is priceless!
Since we use e-mail address and not usernames, you will not be able to change it. Your Email address is registered with the website and can not be changed.
To change your Password, Click on Homepage . Log in using your current username and password. Then, click on Change Password under My Playground on the left. Enter new password and verify with old password.
Membership Questions
Simply go to www.SingleDr.com and fill out the free profile. Once completed, your information is reviewed by our Quality Control Team and subsequently posted on the website. It may take up to 24 hours for your Profile to be posted. We appreciate your patience.
A Star™ Membership allows you to send unlimited emails, flirts, to
use our True Personality Matching System to find your perfect match, chat,
instant message and send gifts to other members all at no extra charge.
It's a Pay-as-You-Go plan. The most convenient option is to become a Star™ member, however you can "Pay-as-You-Go" by purchasing or earning coins. You may then spend your coins on features normally reserved for Star™ Members such as sending mail, gifts, checking out your True Personality Matches and chatting with members.
It's where your coins are kept. Click on the image of the pink piggybank to see how much you've earned so far or look at the number of coins beside it.
After you login, click on the Pink piggybank on top of the page and learn of ways you may actually earn free coins.
Some of those options are: Inviting your friends to your Social Circle™ or inviting members to SingleDr through your Facebook page, sending friends free e-cards, posting photographs, signing up with one of our sponsored companies.
If You are not a Free Member: Once you have successfully completed your Profile and uploaded your photos or video clip, you'll be automatically directed to the Star™ Membership page, where you may choose a suitable Membership plan and become a Star™ Member.

must purchase a Star™ Membership to make first contact with someone or to send

Your True Personality Matching Profile™ (normally valued at $49), is completely FREE and is offered as a limited time gift to our members. Your profile will be posted once your Profile and information were inspected by our Quality Control Team. Auto-Renewal is a time and money saving feature provided to all our Star™ Members. It allows for uninterrupted service (membership) and a discounted membership rate (for 6 or 12 month memberships only).
Unless you choose not to keep the Auto-Renewal feature, SingleDr.com
will charge your credit card each month at a reduced rate. However, you can deactivate the Auto-Renewal
feature, by clicking on Manage Membership under My Playground page and follow the
instructions. In order not to be charged, you must deactivate the auto-renewal
feature before the end of your current
billing period.
We do NOT pro-rate your paid membership plan. You may contact us
at any time to end your Star™ membership plan.
However, please be aware that SINGLEDR will end your membership but will
not reimburse you for the UNUSED membership period. For example, if you purchased a 3 month Star™
membership and decided to cancel after 3 weeks, you are forfeiting the
remainder of your membership plan and will not be refunded any portion of the
remaining 2months and 1 week membership plan. This refund policy is clearly
stated in the Terms and Conditions Agreement that members require to agree to
(check off) prior to purchase of any memberships and also in our refund policy
which is also clearly presented on the payment page.
Free Members can receive messages and reply to those messages. However, they can not initiate e-mails at will to any member.
Yes you can, but we recommend against it. You will lose the
opportunity to receive updated news, blogs and latest medical and social
gathering information. What many of our
members do, is that once they've found that special someone, they simply change
their subscription plan to a Free Membership and continue to get the latest
news and information about medicine, research, law, conferences, concerts,
podcasts, interviews and more, not to mention the VIP, discounted services and
products offered exclusively to Doctors and Professionals. If you still wish to erase your information,
simply log in and click on Cancel Membership under My Playground. Once you do cancel, all your information will
be erased and is irretrievable by us or by you.
About My Profile
Click on Join
Now and fill out the requested information. Once you complete each
page, click on the "Continue" link at the bottom of each page .
Repeat the process until you have completed your profile. Be sure to upload
your photo and begin your search for your match. Good Luck!
Simply go to Homepage and login - Once logged-in you will see the My Playground on left - Update any aspect of your profile.
Edit
your profile as often as you like. To edit your profile, go to your "My
Home" page. On the left side of the page will be several navigation links.
You can edit "My Home" information (email address, personal
information), "My Profile" information (Headline", "At
First Glance", "About My Match", "My Answers") and
"My Matches" ("About My Match" ).
Our Member Safety Team carefully reads and reviews every Profile. This is for your safety and other members and
may take up to 48 hours, but usually much less.
Once your Profile is reviewed, our sophisticated matching software
reviews your answers and matches them against the most suitable candidates.This may take a few minutes at that time we
may send you an e-mail of suitable matches or pictures of those candidates for
your review or you may search our member list for a suitable match.
How might we reject a Profile?
Most of the guidelines are common sense rules to maintain the integrity, prestige and safe environment of this website.Some of those guidelines include the presence of:
ANY DIRECT CONTACT INFORMATION, INCLUDING EMAIL ADDRESSES, URLS TO ANY OTHER SITE, ICQ OR INSTANT MESSENGER I.D. INFORMATION, ANY PHONE NUMBERS (INCLUDING MOBILE, HOME, WORK, FAX,ETC...), FULL NAMES (FIRST AND LAST), ANY PART OF YOUR ADDRESS (INCLUDING HOME, WORK, MAIL BOX, ETC).
Abusive language of any kind, including vulgarity, racism, illegal activity, etc;
Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material;
Business or political advertisements or solicitations;
Content directed at exploiting or soliciting or obtaining personal information from individuals under age individuals and those under the age of 18;
Soliciting sex or describing sexual content or activity, sexual anatomy;
Soliciting relationships involving group or multiple partnerships.
Material or contents posted by incarcerated individuals or by minors (those under the age of 18).
Any materials or contents that are prohibited by the local, City, State, National or International laws.
Any such information will result in immediate termination of a
membership (Free or Star™) without any advanced notice and without a refund.
If you don't already have a photo, add one today. Our statistics
show that profiles with photos are more likely to receive responses. Also be
sure you're checking for responses at the email address you gave us when you
registered for the site. If you're not receiving any responses, you may have a
"Spamguard" in place that is preventing email from reaching you.

You need to be a Star™ Member to see who has looked at your
profile. On My Playground, click on the "See Who" link in the Profile
Stats. A list of the potential matches who have viewed you will be displayed,
showing the latest person to view you first.
Before you begin make sure that your photos are: .jpg or .gif or .bmp or .png formats and their size does not exceed 800 KB.
Uploading Directions: Log in and under My Playground click on Manage Photos. To upload your photo(s) click the Browse button and find the photos on your computer (If you are using Netscape®, make sure you are able to see All Files not just the HTML Files, and click Upload Photos). The time it takes you to upload your photo will depend on the size of your photos. If you set your photo as the Main photo, your picture will be set as the Main image for your profile so that it appears in both your profile and in Search Results. Main photo is the first photo seen by other members. If you click "Delete" this will permanently remove your photo from your profile. In the event you do not have your photo in digital format, write your nickname and the email address used to register for the site on the back of your photo and mail it to: SINGLEDR, ATTN: Member's Photos, 396 Washington St. Suite: 186, Wellesley, MA 02481 USA.

1. As a newly registered Member, upon the completion of the Profile, you will have the opportunity to upload your photo or video clip.
2. As a member, click on My Photos or My Videos under the My Playground and click Browse under Video, choose and upload you video clip from your computer.
It is our goal to make our Members feel as safe and secure as possible while surfing the site. To this end, we carefully inspect the content of all photos and videos prior posting them on the site. Please note that photos will only appear on the site after they have been approved by our (MST) Member Safety Team.
To avoid delays or rejections, please follow the photo guidelines listed below:
Your photos must be within our approved format.
Photos must be FREE of any Nudity, sexually (or otherwise) offensive material.
We're not allowed to post Copyrighted materials.
Photos must be in .jpg or .gif or .bmp or .png formats and their size can not exceed 800 KB.
Image size should be no more than 300 pixels wide.
You
must appear in each photo! (It is OK to have friends or family included in the
photos as long as you are also in them).
Assuming you have already created your profile, there are 3 reasons why your profile may not be appearing in the Search Results:
1. Your Profile is Incomplete: You have saved and exited the profile prior to completion. Simply return to homepage, log in and complete your profile.
2. Your profile needs to be approved: Please be patient. (This usually takes only a few hours and never exceeds 48 hours).
To see who has viewed your profile, click on "See Who"
in the Profile Stats on My home.
You may delete your profile at any time by clicking on Delete
Profile in the My Playground section. Once deleted, your profile will be permanently
erased and ca not be recovered. If you
are a Star™ Member, your membership will be lost. Instead of deleting your
profile, you may elect to Hide it, making available to you, but not to other
members.
About Hot List
Hot List is a list of profiles you have saved because they were of
interest to you.
Visit the member's profile and click on Add to Hot List
Visit the member's profile and click on Remove from Hot List
You may save as many Hotties as you would like.
Members will remain in your Hot List until you decide to delete
them.
No, but you do have to be a Registered Member.
Chat & Instant Messenger
In order for your Instant Messenger to properly work, you'll need
to have:
1. Flash installed on your computer.
2. Your pop-up blocker disabled.
3. JavaScript enabled on your browser.
In order for someone to initiate an Instant Messenger conversation
with you, they must see that you are online. When you are online, your nickname
is listed in the Who's Online list, and a "Chat Now" icon appears on
your profile. When you login to your profile, you automatically appear online.
In order to NOT appear online, you must click the
"Offline" link next to your nickname at the top of every page. You
will remain offline until the next time you login. To appear online again,
simply click the "Online" link next to your nickname at the top of
every page.
To inititate a conversation you must be a Star™ Member.
From the Who's Online list, you can click on someone's nickname to bring up a Chat
window. You can also click on the "Chat Now" icon on someone's
profile.
Yes, if you are set as Offline, you will not appear in the list. Same
as above, this does not pertain to our template, but rather the Chat and IM

The most likely reason is your pop-up blocker software.To avoid additional problems with this site,
we recommend you disable your pop-up blocker option.
1. Do you have a toolbar from Yahoo! (help), MSN (help), or Google (help)? If yes, then the source of your pop-up blocker is most likely within those toolbars (Follow directions on the above links).
2. If you are using Windows Vista or XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) with Internet Explorer follow these instructions to disable the pop-up blocker:
a. Open your Internet Explorer
b. Under the Tools menu, go to Pop-up Blocker and click Pop-up Blocker Settings.

c. Type our website's address in the box called Address of Web
d. Click Add.
If above steps were not successful,
4. check to see if your browser's JavaScript has been disabled:
a. In the Internet Explorer page go to Tools, choose Internet Options , Security and click on the Default Setting.This will reset your browser and restore the JavaScript function.
This is most likely due to the fact that Flash is not installed on
your system. To get a free copy of Flash, please visit Macromedia.
It is possible that your computer is having difficulty downloading
the Instant Messenger Chat window. You may see that the window loads up to a
certain point and then freezes (won't load up beyond that point).
In this case you'll need to clear your Cache by deleting your Temporary Internet Files. This is how: In Internet Explorer click on Tools, choose Internet Options and click Delete in the Temporary Internet Files box. In Firefox, click on Tools go to Options, choose the Privacy tab and click clear beside the Cache.
Contacting Other Members
You must be a Star™ Member to send messages to other members. Under My Playground click on Upgrade
Membership and choose your plan of choice.
No, you do not have to purchase a Star™ Membership to reply to an
email. You may reply to each message you receive once for free. However, you
must purchase a Star™ Membership to make first contact with someone or to send
more than one reply.
Once logged-in, go to My Playground and click on Messages.
Once
logged-in, go to My Playground and click on Messages. All your messages are stored there for you to
read and to reply to.
Once you completed your FREE True matching Personality Profile™,
you'll be prompted to upload your photos and will be directed to the Membership
page. In order to Send mail, you
will need to subscribe to Star™ Membership. Once a Star™ Member, you'll have unlimited Mail,
Chat, Instant Messenger and Search capabilities.
Each time a member sends you mail, you will be notified by email -
this is only applicable if the e-mail address supplied to us at the time of
registration is valid and available to you. Upon receipt of the "New
Mail" notification, simply log on to the website using your
"nickname" and "password" and click on " My
Mail".
Click on Sent Mail. If the envelope is open next to the email you
sent, then your message has been read and received.
It is Dangerous! For your safety and security we recommend that
you do not to post your personal information. Once you disclose your personal information, you'll have no way of
getting it back! Since you can freely Chat,
IM and E-mail other members there is no need to disclose personal information.
You should never take this personally. There could be any number of reasons for the
lack of response, for example:
1. Member may not be responding because they have been busy and inactive for a while.
2. Or perhaps they have been communicating with one or two other members and are currently focusing on them. Many times members see a delayed response to their mail. Be patient!
3. Another possibility is that the member may not think that the "match" is compatible

In the mean time, here are some helpful advices that may increase your responses:
1. If you haven't added a photo, do so. Members with photos get 60% more response and Singles with a video clip get 85% more responses than those without them.
2. Have a friend or loved one read your profile and give you an honest opinion.
3. Broaden your search and increase your emails and Winks. The more you do, the higher the chance of receiving a response.
4. Be Patient! As you Doctors have busy schedules and they may not get to checking their emails daily.

And finally remember that there are plenty of other
wonderful single Doctors and Professionals for you to meet on the site so go on
and enjoy the experience. You will find that special someone.
Did You Know? You'll be able to tell if your Member-of-interest has opened your mail. An opened mail will present as an opened envelope in your Sent Message folder.
Winks are a way for Members to express their interest in you. It's a first step for a Member to tell you
they like your Profile and want to get to know you better. When you receive a Wink, you'll have the
opportunity to check the sender's Profile and decide whether or not you wish to
respond to them. You do not need to be a Star™ Member to send Winks.
Once you visit a Member's Profile that interests you, simply click
on the Send Wink icon. Choose one or
more of the sentences provided to create your message and click on Send Wink.
When a member sends you a Wink, you are automatically notified by
email (of course, this can only occur if the provided e-mail address is a valid
and functional one). Upon receipt of the
"You Have A Wink"
notification, simply log on to the website using your "email address "
and "password" and click on the "My Winks" link to find out
who sent you the Wink.
In all likelihood your Junk Filter(s) only allows you to receive
e-mail from addresses appearing in your Contacts, service announcements from
your email service provider, and messages you have consented to receive. By
relaxing your filters, or by explicitly allowing messages coming from Singledr.com.com
to be delivered to your account, you should be able to receive your
notification alerts for new messages and Winks.
To prevent a Member from contacting you, simply click the Block
Sender button when reading that member's email. The next time they attempt
to send you a message they will be notified that you have blocked them and no
longer wish to receive correspondence from them.
You may be
interested in knowing that the Block feature also prevents members from sending
you Email, Winks and Instant Messages.
To Start accepting messages from someone you have blocked, click
the Blocked Senders List link displayed in your Mailbox. You can see who you
have blocked and unblock whomever you wish.

Yes. We preserve your privacy by delivering your messages through
our system. None of your personal information (real name, email address, date
of birth) is divulged to other members. You may choose to do so at your own
discretion.
Communication should begin via email. When meeting new people, we
recommend you have an open mind, nevertheless, we recommend you be wary of odd
behavior or inconsistencies. The person at the other end may not be who or what
he or she says. Trust your instincts.
All correspondence between our site members takes place through
our double-blind system, ensuring your true identity is protected until you
decide to reveal it. Never include your last name, email address, home address,
phone number, place of work or any other identifying information in your
profile or initial messages. Start slowly, develop a rapport and, when and if
you feel comfortable, feel free to offer your personal email address and/or
phone number.
Of course, like any other new situation we recommend you make
thoughtful and informed decisions. Guard against trusting the untrustworthy .
Suitors must earn your trust gradually, through consistently honorable and
forthright behavior. Take all the time you need to test for a trustworthy
person and pay careful attention along the way. If you suspect someone is
lying, he or she probably is, so act accordingly. We advise you act responsibly

A phone call can tell a lot a person's communication and social
skills. Consider your security and do not reveal your personal phone number to
a stranger. Try a cell phone number instead or use local telephone blocking
techniques to prevent your phone number from appearing in Caller ID. Only
furnish your phone number when you feel completely comfortable.
The beauty of meeting and relating online is that you can collect
information gradually, later choosing whether to pursue the relationship in the
offline world. You never are obligated to meet anyone, regardless of your level
of online intimacy. Even if you decide to arrange a meeting, you always have
the right to change your mind. It is possible your decision to keep the

Search. Start searching with the following criteria country, state, zip code,
age and gender. Then narrow your search with physical characteristics and
lifestyles. You can even search for keywords in other members' profiles. Play
around and try a variety of searches.
Click on Social Card tab on top of page; then click on Find
Matches after completing your Search, click on save search.
There are several ways to increase the number of matches you
receive. Check the basic criteria in your search. Your search radius may be too
narrow? Is your age range too tight?
